PLO 1

Developing science and technology regarding food processing through research to produce creative, innovative, and original work.

PLO 2

Solving problems in science and technology related to food and agricultural products through the interdisciplinary approach.

PLO 3

Developing research and implementing the result to society as an attempt to acquire national and international recognition.

PLO 4

Taking roles as researchers, academics, practitioners, or professionals with reliable skills, mastering concepts and theories, and applying and developing food and related sciences

 

2. Intended Learning Outcome

The study program formulated ILOs, which are competencies that should be achieved by graduates at the end of the study.  ILOs were defined in line with (1) the Indonesian Qualification Framework (KKNI) endorsed by Directorate General for Higher Education (DIRJEN DIKTI) of the Ministry of Education, Cultural, Research and Technology, (2) National Standard Higher Education SN DIKTI (3) Indonesian Food Technologist Association and also (4) the vision and mission of the university, faculty, and study program. The ILOs also accommodate employers’ needs and were designed according to references on national and overseas universities. The ILO of DFS is shown in Table below.
